I've eaten foods on the "Foods to Avoid" list...help!

I'm freaking out a little bit. This is my first baby and I thought I was doing everything I could to ensure he/she stays healthy...
When playing around on this app I found the Foods to Avoid article. There are foods on there that I didn't know were harmful!! I don't see my doctor again for another month as I am only 11 weeks now. If someone could give me advice just to try and make me worry less, I would really appreciate it. Have any of you eaten foods like this and either had complications or a healthy baby?

Medium Steak - twice around week 7 and 10
Cold cuts- twice on a sandwich around week 10 and 11
Tuna- MAYBE a small amount at week 8
Over-easy eggs- twice around week 9 and 10
feta cheese- twice on salads and in a sauce around week 10 and 11

Still in the first trimester and I already feel like a terrible mom!

I'm in my third trimester and have eaten tuna and over easy eggs every week my entire pregnancy and have had feta cheese plenty of times. Don't take that list too seriously, most doctors will tell you it's fine to eat pretty much whatever you want. The chance of anything is very slim

I freaked out when I ate at a restaurant and had homemade Cesar dressing on a salad. The only foods I freak out about ate chicken wings at restaurants because they always seem pink closer to the bones

Don't worry... It's fine.
My sister eats her steak medium rare during her first pregnancy and her baby is healthy. She's pregannt again. She ate steak rare and her baby inside her is healthy says the ultra sound

Don't stress your self out advoding food you love. It's basically a low low chance of it harming you and the baby says my doctor.

I think you'll be perfectly fine. The main reasons why they want you to avoid these things are due to risks of getting sick from listeria, etc. You would have known if it made you sick within 24 hours. Its best to relax and try not to stress about it. I eat cold deli meat and other things and all 3 of my kids are healthy. Everything in moderation is the key. Just avoid those items at restaurants that may have had the food sitting out and not temperature regulated. Take care
