I've recently found out I'm pregnant and I'm extremely weak and tired all the time

I have trouble getting out of bed and I'm not more than 2 months. I feel extremely weak and tired at times. When I eat i tend to throw up soon after. I cannot keep anything down.
My insurance has not been fully approved yet.
What should I do?

Try lemon water, also you are safe to take half a unisom and 50mg of B6. They unisom will help you get more rest and the B6 helps your stomach.
Being overly tired can make nausea worse.  I would also see if you're prenatal has iron in it and if it does stop taking it and get one without iron. Iron is known to cause nausea and you don't need it till your 2nd trimester.

Also try small snack all day instead of meals...aka a few crackers and a slice of cheese at a time. Any protien will help your nausea as it keeps your blood sugar normal longer. An empty stomach makes it worse so nibble on whatever you can keep down.

Ginger ale actually has no ginger in it and will make you feel worse.

I've tried and it made me very nauseous. I've even tried ginger pills that had me running to restroom very frequently. I was sent home from work.

Drink some ginger ale.
Stay in bed.
When your insurance gets approved, tell your doc and they will give you a prescription to help you out.
