gender confusion... need help

Ok so im 19 weeks 3 days and i had an ultrasound done 3 days ago at the hospital the tech tried to see what the baby was but what she told me left me very confused first she said the baby had its legs crossed so she couldnt see anything then she said she found a weird angle and she showed me that it looked as if there was a mushroom so she said she belived its a boy then she found another angle and there was absolutly nothing between the babys legs... so i dont get how one way it looks like a boy and the other it looks like a girl... another question is if the baby is a boy at 19 weeks should the penis look like a mushroom? I know my first sons penis didnt look like a mushroom till after he was born and circumsized.... can someone please help me figure this out?!
