Oh I know! It's hard! I made these cupcakes the other day and seriously ate 5 of them on the spot. I do eat grapes and little oranges, but I feel the bad foods I eat out weigh the good.

It's especially hard when you are too tired to want to Cook anything healthy. I have eaten out way too much the last few months just because I don't have the energy to cook at night :/
Yea ima try to start eatn better. But I do drink alotta water ever since I had a bad UTI. next time I go to the store ima buy more fruits n veggies

It is hard. Try to eat a little of that stuff, with a meal of healthy stuff. Like chocolate after a good dinner. Remember it's not just for you, it's for the baby. Sacrifices start now, but so worth it!
I keep wanting Cheetos too and my *** is definitely showing it.
