I'm 4 weeks today I haven't been to doctor to early I guess but ive been cramping all day off and on it may be gas I'm not sure I dont think I'd have to go yo the doctor's it also feels like gas but it kinda hurts

I'm actually laying down drinking water and eating sun flower seeds I feel like it may help I just get so worried idk why with this one I didn't with my first baby he's four now maybe its cuz I haven't been to doctors and heard heart beat yet its killing me

Might be because your still cramps in the first trimester.  Its normal unless you bleed, just lay down drink some water. And relax and dont stress or worry about it.
