Both of your responses r a big help thank u
I cramped all the way until my 8th or 9th month. And dont feel bad about "not feeding your baby" Right now your baby isnt even big enough to recieve your nutrients. Just eat what u can, these feelings will soon be a thing of the past. Just dont stress yourself out
Thank u and congrats on your journey threw motherhood love <3
Thank u so much especially for the food tips..I just tried to eat some unsweetened applesauce and it wasn't as bad but I couldn't eat the whole thing. I'll try the crackers nuts and toast and hopefully it will work.cause I hate the feeling of being hungry and not being able to eat
I felt the same way because I miscarried before to and that's all I'd ever think was going to happen. I had to tell myself things were fine and now I'm due in 10 days. So try and relax and you'll be okay.
I had lots of cramping also. Its probably just everything stretching since your body is going thru tons of that right now. As long as there is no bleeding and tests came back fine then there isnt much you can do. You can take 2 tylenol for the pain though and that will help relieve it. But as for food try eatting things like applesauce is really easy on your stomach and so is plain toast or toast with butter on it is a good one too. Nuts are very good for you and if you can eat any veggies or saltines are easy on the tummy too. Try to stick with smaller snacks though and not big meals. Hopefully you can find something that your body will allow but applesauce always works for me :)
I was scared for a while cause I miscarried before and I am always worried about everything
Thank god I thought I was the only one and my doctors SAYIN it's normal but. I don't know not one pregnant women who said the cramped like how I do
Cramping is normal at the start. Things are stretching yr body is getting used to making a baby instead of a period.
I had lots of cramping at the beginning of my pregnancy. It actually went on for a while but eventually stopped. As long as your not bleeding you should be fine but you could always call your Dr
