Labor Anxiety

I am officially on the 36th week so the count down has begun. I am beginning to fear the labor and pain now that I am getting closer and closer. I am getting nervous and starting to freak inside. I was wondering if any of you ftms have experienced this & what y'all did to overcome it & cope with all the emotions.

I was also pretty nervous at 36 weeks, now 38 weeks and I'm just excited to get it over with because I'm so uncomfortable and in pain. I'm probably going natural because I'm too scared of the epidural. I just try to stay positive it'll be over before we know it and we'll have our Littles :) I was told it's worse than period cramps and I used to get horrible ones to the point of throwing up or passing out or uncontrollable shaking etc so I kind of know what to expect lol

Ftm mom here and a couple of times ive gotten panicky thinking abt giving birth. Im 28 weeks now and in my third trimester. Ive realized a few things tht help me calm down and i havent felt panicky in awhile. 1 ur body was made to make and have babies! Whatever happens ur body deffinatly knows what its doing and so does ur baby. Ur baby knowz tht it wants to be born so it is going to try to come out the best way tht it can. Ur body is going to give u the kind of birth u can handle. And if u are giving birth at a hospital u have all kinds of good drs and nurses watching ovr u just to make sure everything goes well. Remember the drs are only there to help u labor smoothly not to do it for u bc they kno tht u can do it! Be excited u will get to meet ur baby soon! Goodluck!
