Labor ease !

Does anyone know any kind of drink , food , certain exercise , etc that will be beneficial to me and/or my body when I do go into labor ? I know walking is one . Just looking for more options ! :)

My doula said to bring a yoga ball to bounce on and roll your hips (side to side, figure 8s, etc). It helps relieve the pressure and get the baby down in the birth canal

While in early labour try to pack in high protein snacks because you will expend a lot of energy.
