Labour??
So today I have been having some pretty 'intense' contractions. Not too painful but take my breathe away. I wasn't thinking too much about it until I went pee about 2 hours ago and wiped some blood. It wasn't pink, it was actually like a small amount of mucousy blood. Everytime I go pee there is a little bit less each time. But I am still having contractions and my back is starting to get kinda sore. This is my second baby so you would think I'd know, but well I am clueless :) I am 38 weeks today...

well i am still at home. my contractions are irregular and have gotten easier to handle. my water hasn't broke yet and i still get pink when i wipe. i guess only time will tell. but thank you ladies!
you need to time your contractions. if you're in labour they will gradually last longer and come at regular intervals that shorten. most midwives in the uk advise going into hospital when you're having a contraction every 5-6 minutes that lasts for around 40 seconds each time.
