Hi, I'm 11 weeks and I feel terrible all of the time! Fatigue is extreme I can't make tea most days as I don't av the energy to cook. I work 14 hour days too so it is sooo tiring, iv got a headache all the time too. Sooo constipated it is so uncomfortable! I no how u feel :-( xxxx
Your doctor can give you something for the nausea and headaches. Are you eating small meals throughout the day? Doing so can help with both nausea and headaches. My doctor ok'd benedryl to help with sleeping.
Do you think your prenatals may be making you sick? The sample prenatals the doctor gave me made me so sick I could hardly function. I switched to an over the counter brand and everything got better.
As for the headaches, try to avoid bright lights and noises that annoy you. You may need to get get your blood pressure checked. If you can't find any relief, talk to your doctor to see if they can give you anything to help.
As for sleeping, if you can, nap or rest as much as you can during the day. I found that sleeping with two body pillows at night helped me a lot. I kept one on both sides of me. If I rolled over I still had support and I slept a lot better.
I hope this helped, and I hope you get to feeling better.
I've had restless nights for about a week now but I'm in a position to nap during the day. Can you nap at all?
