Ladies who have had Csections

So I had a csection on Monday and I was wondering how long I'll be in pain ... I'm getting my staples out tomorrow but it hurts so bad to cough , laugh , sneeze , well everything lol . How long did out take for yours to heal fully ?

In 2-3weeks I was feeling totally normal. I'd say give it afew more days you should nnotice a difference then. Just continue taking your meds like you supposed to and nothing strenuous

Um I was a week before I could walk properly, albeit not for long distances.   Try putting a pillow over your tummy when you want to cough or sneeze and apply gentle pressure, It helps a lot :)   I'm 17w pp now and I wtill apply very light pressure to my tummy if I have to cough or sneexe as it still hurts a bit, but its bearable.   Keep taking your pain meds even of you don;t feel you need them, I took paracetamol for about another week after my hospital meds ran out.    I ended up with an infection cause my staples were taken out oo early and my wound wouldn;t close up at one side, so it took 3w longer than it should have, but I was normal by 10w pp x
