Late Period

My period is easily over 2 weeks late and I have been experiencing menstural cramping, back aching on and off, sensative breast, more tired than usualy, sharp pains on the right where my ovaries are, and alot pressure when having to go pee. I have no idea whats going on! My boyfriend is fixed he got sniped burnt and sowed so I am assuming I am certainly not pregnant. My question is I had an ovarine cyst back in august that was measured 5.3 I found this out due to late period and pains I was put on yaz but only took it for like 2 weeks that was all that was done. My period than starting coming every month again until now and this is where I am worried on what may be wrong with me or what I should do.  I have no health insurence only way get looked at is to go to the e.r.

Thanks for your help. I had a cyst 5-6months ago that measured 5.3cm I asked what happened now and my dr. told me basically nothing she put me on yazz and told me it would help prevent further cyst and that it would help shrink the one I have and it will bust on its own. I asked if I would have to do a follow up to make sure it hasnt gotten bigger or even had cleared and she said no. This boggles my mind because a few others I have talked to told me that it should be monitored. Well now Jan 30 I am well over 2-3 weeks late and I have been experienceing blaotingness, cramps, pain in my lower right side where my ovaries are located and pain goes into my back as well, sore breast, tired a lot. I spotted now today would be the 3rd time within the past week idk if y9ou even call it spoting... do you think this could be a sign of another cyst?

If you develop unbearable pain or a fever, go to the ER. Your life is more important. If your period doesn't come and you suspect it might be a cyst, it might be a good idea to see your doctor anyway, just to be sure. You don't want to leave cysts untreated or without monitoring, but I hope you don't have any! Good luck!

I had the medical card, but now that I am 21 I am no longer elgible for it. I was thinking maybe a local Family Planning would be able to help assist me because there is no way I can afford a 500$ hospital bill from going to the E.R.  When I had a cyst before I had medical and seen my dr. and she basically told me that it was purst on its own but when I had the ultra sound showing a had a cyst the nurse did internal too and told me the wall around it was thick which when its tick like that they like to take a piece and send it to the lab to be looked at never happened... Sometimes I think drs. honestly dont care but I should know my own body and I do do my research online all the time to educate myself on things to make me more aware. I guess your right best bet is to get checked my health is more important than money. Thanks

It could be another cyst. The only thing you can really do is get checked out. Is there anyway that you can get onto medicaid?
