Tested positive both urine and blood test, ultrasound dont show a fetal

I missed period on December, consulted GP ON 14th December and tested negative, Again missed period on January, at first i was not worried coz my menstruataion cycle is not regurlar and little bit longish sometimes. After seing my breast become a little bit tender i did home pregnacy test and it was positive, than consulted Gynaecoogist for confirmation, he did ultrasound scan, and he coulnt see the fetal, he did second confirmation by urine tested and it was positive, he explained it could be the pregnancy is too early or that the fetal is growing in a tube, and monitoring fetal weekly was needed, i was suppose to come back friday, i coulnt wait, was goinbg crazy, decided to go for second opinion, consulted another Gynae, he also did ulrasound scan, results was the same, he examined everything said there is no sign of ectopic pregnancy, everything seems normal, the is possibilities that i conceived during december, should i take his word regarding ectopic preganacy that there is no sign? is it possible that i conceive during december even if i missed period november? Should i be woried about anything? Please help am going crazy!

Well my last period was Nov 24th but didnt ovulate until Dec13th. But they normally go by your last period which would make me 6 weeks. However when they did my sono all they saw was the sac. Which just means its too early. So im going off when I know I ovulated which would make me 4 weeks, which makes sense according to the sono. You probably conceived later then you think and its just too early. Try to stay positive and calm. Everything will be ok. My thoughts and prayers are with you!!!

It sounds like u need a vaginal ultrasound.  It takes a little time for it to get any size so it can be detectable by an abdominal ultrasound.  My sister had to have vaginal ultrasounds until she was almost 8 weeks pregnant....if u go for another ultrasound have them do the vaginal u should be at least able to see what is called a desidual reaction....it is not quite an embroy but a reaction is occuring to prove u are pregnant....hope this helps.
