Oh okay. That makes sense, I've had a hard time keeping water down because of morning sickness, but now that it's easing up I should definitely be trying to watch my fluids.
Having cramps means your dehydrated and you should probably double your water intake to get it to stop. And bananas help a lot too. But the pain will have to stay unless you take Tylenol.
