General rule is not over 25lbs because of being off balance as the belly grows and looser joints u can strain something easier but u should be fine as long as u lift properly
They say you can lift and do anything you were use to before pregnancy unless your dr says different.. Now with that being said I would still be more careful if it feels to heavy or to much I would suggest not doing it! Dr can give you a note! Just listen to your body is what I would say!
I meant I think it's safe lol unless the garbage bags are real heavy
I don't think it's safe. I asked my doctor once and she said nothing over 20 lbs
