In general, it is not abnormal to have spotting and pains/aches/twinges. I'm not sure what they are trying to tell you with the baby being too close to the fallopian tube. That makes it a little scarier that you are spotting. However, it really could be normal. Just take care of yourself and get rest. That's all you can do. Let us know how it goes!
Hi there. I know it can be pretty scary when you have a little bit of spotting or cramping during pregnancy even if it is a completely healthy pregnancy with no complications. As long as you are following your doctor's orders and they say everything is fine then you'll be okay. I had spotting throughout my pregnancy and I had no complications I would say in general spotting is pretty normal if you start to bleed heavily and it is followed by cramping I would notify a doctor immediately or go see your primary Dr.
