Light bleeding at 7 weeks

hello ladies I was just using the bathroom and when I wiped I noticed some light blood on my tissue. I'll be 8 weeks tomorrow. I am extremely scared right now. I have a doctors appointment Wednesday. Has anyone experienced this ?

Are you sure it's not from hemroids? I had some bleeding but when I went to the doc they checked me and then checked for hemroids and said that was why I was bleeding.

Could also be implantation spotting but do get checked out.

This happened to me and I went to the hospital last night and I have placenta previa. Where my placenta lies under my uterus instead of on top or on the side. The placenta has a hard time sticking to the uterus and in the middle of them is a puddle of blood and that's where the bleeding comes from. It will either eventually stick together or you'll miscarry. I'm on bed rest already! I would go get checked out just to be safe! I'm 8 weeks today!
