Lose weight or what?

When I went to my last appointment, the dr pointed out that I had gained 9 lbs, between week 9 and 13. I've asked on here and her as well about how I get hungry often and how I wake up with stomach pains from hunger and what I can do... I've been eating healthy foods and whole grains and water... Idk what I'm doing wrong. I try to get my exercise in but I have some siatica problems so it gets hard sometimes.

I agree with the others. Many people regularly think they are having hunger pains when it's actually just thirst. When you wake up like that- try drinking a glass of water or something and see if it helps. As long as you stay at a healthy weight and eat in moderation you should be fine.

I think as long as you're eating healthy and getting at least some exercise, you're gaining the right weight for you. I've been told that as long as you're being healthy, it usually equals out towards the end. You'll be fine. :)

One of my tricks is to drink tea, takes away the empty feeling & I can wait about an extra hr before needing to eat. Make sure your getting all your daily nutrients tho.

Also keep in mind that everyone gains differently. If your eating healthy thats the best u can do! I always lose weight at first then gain way more st the end (like 10lbs a month in month 7, 8, &9!)
