Losing symptoms

I have been under so much stress recently. I'm almost eight weeks but I just realized I have only peed twice today. I was peeing every thirty minutes and now I'm not as naseous. I'm starting to think I might of had another mmc. Does anyone else feel like there symptoms come and go? Also I'm having a lot of cramps again like week 5.

Im 11 weeks, and some of my symptoms went away too and are just starting to return. Im also getting cramps, but its normal! Unless they are painful, you shouldnt worry about it. Your hormones are fluctuating, and your symptoms may come and go. I had a missed miscarriage as well, last september, so I know its hard to relax, especially when you dont know whats happening.

It's very normal for different symptoms to come and go. I've had a few weeks with less urination, but that changed over the weekend. It could be attributed to dehydration. My breasts have stopped expanding for the time being. Every now and then I'll get cramps or pressure-like feelings, but it's mainly attributed to indigestion/constipation. They go away after a couple of hours, if that. There's a concern if the cramps are severe accompanied by bleeding, or last for several hours. At that point it's best to contact your doctor. Get plenty of rest, fluids, and prenatal vits. Good luck!!
