Loss of appetite

Hi I am currently 10w2d pregnant and have no appetite at all and just don't feel like eating? I feel nauseous and try to eat but nothing appeals to me. Any advice?

I had NO appetite from about week 6 to week 16... it was awful. Try to eat really small amounts throughout the day. Try yogurt, bananas, dry cereal (I always kept a bag of Honey Nut Cheerios in my purse when i was feeling really sick), pretzels, fruit - canned or fresh, chicken noodle soup, plain crackers (w/cheese if you can), plain popcorn... drink milk for protein and calcium, and also to feel full longer. For awhile all I could eat for dinner was about a cup of mashed potatoes, you may try those. Ice cream/milkshakes and popsicles (I liked "Push-Up" pops) are good when you want something sweet. Drink as much water (eat ice chips if thats easier) as possible, it'll help a lot w/the nausea. Stick to bland foods and limit the amount of salt and oils you consume; it'll help w/nausea as well. I know it's difficult right now but your appetite will return. The nausea will become easier to handle during the 2nd trimester, and at that point you'll feel much more hungry and start having real cravings!! Hang in there... each day that goes by is getting you closer to the more enjoyable part of pregnancy!! :)

Im right there with you. it just started getting hot and humid where I live which makes it tough for me to want to eat when I already feel so, blah! I snack on crackers or fruit every little while and that helps.

I know that must drive you crazy!! But you should always eat something. Maybe try animal crackers, and make sure to drink plenty of fluids since your not eating as much.
Try eating something every 15 minutes. Just a few bites then put it away.
Bananas, and crackers may help you. Hope things work out for ya!
