Low Blood Pressure

Hi Ladies!  So, I have been extremely tired that last week or so, and a little dizzy. I wrote this off to just being pregnant.  Well, for the last couple of weeks I have been getting very bad headaches every couple of days.  So finally yesterday my mom and I spoke about how sometimes high blood pressure can cause headaches.  My husband was required to monitor his for a while so we have a wrist cuff monitor.  Well, I have always had low blood pressure, however at my prenatal visits so far my BP has always been fine, within range, but at the higher end of the acceptable range.  Well, last night I took my BP and it was 81 / 60 and then 77 / 58.  This morning when I took it is was 66 / 52.  I brought my the monitor with me to work and just took it again and now it is 99 / 66. My husband is concerned, but I have read that it is normal for a woman's BP to drop during the second trimester.  Does anyone know anything about this? Or has anyone had experience with this?

Thank you.

Thank you.  I went ahead and put a call into my doctor.

The last time my doctor checked mine i was 100/60. I was a little surprised because I'm usually 100/70. She told me that it is good and gives me more room to move up. Yours does tend to be lower so I would probably speak to your doctor about it. If you look up "hypotension during pregnancy" you should be able to find some more information as well.
