Low HCG

On 4.14.15 I found out I was pregnant my hcg level was 292. On 4.19 I was spotting brown blood. From that point I started bleeding. 4.23 I went to the obgyn and they said they could not see the embroy but I had a hcg level of 334. I then had a follow up on 4.30 and my hcg level stayed the same. They told me that they could not see anything and that I will have a miscarriage. The obgyn checked me out and I have no more follow ups. I dont know if i already had a miscarriage with possible no pain. I dont know what to think or what to do. I feel lost

The same thing happened to me, i had a low hcg level and it wasnt rising fast enough. So i was put on fetal montoring for a week to see if they rise and had ultrasounds done but didn't find anything. The dr said i was having a miscarriage and was scheduled for a d&c. I went in before my d&c to get my levels checked out and they had raised alot and went to get an ultrasound my baby was there. Im 25weeks now with a healthy boy.

Yes it is its known as a missed miscarriage and you should be checked out again with a missed miscarriage you have no signs of a miscarriage because your body tends to hold onto the pregnancy even though the fetus is no longer living or developed in most cases the doctor will give you a pill to bring on the miscarriage give you the option to have a d&c or let you decide if you want to wait it out and pass everything on your own but doing it that way can take weeks I suggest getting another opinion it's weird that they are not doing a follow up for you to make sure all the tissue has passed

I had a miscarriage back in Aug...I started bleeding on a Wed, checked my hcg at 1000, bled heavily thru Fri, checked my hcg went down a lot.  I continued bleeding alil lighter for a week and had my hcg checked 2 more times bcuz they wanted to see it go down to 0 and it finally did.  I'm so sorry, it sounds like a miscarriage.  Don't lose hope!

if your levels are not going up and nothing is developing then im  very sorry to say it sounds like a miscarriage, you dont always have pain with a miscarriage... Any idea how far along you were on 4/14/15??
