Low amniotic fluid?! Scared :(

I've just been for my ultrasound, im 13w4d and she noticed that I have low amniotic fluid... im really scared, I dont know what it means.. I've read up about it on the Internet which is just making me even more scared! I'm seeing my doctor in half an hour, but has anyone else had this? What happened? Please hope for the best.

Bump! Just went to the doctor who said it was definitely not normal at 13 weeks.. they haven't been able to see the baby's kidneys or bladder on any of my ultrasounds which is cause for concern and could be a reason for the low amniotic fluid. They said there's nothing they can do coz im early on.. I'm scared and worried im going to lose my baby, which they've told me is a possibility.

Hydrate hydrate hydrate! It could be a problem but it could just be that you're a bit dehydrated. Best of luck mama!
