Low amniotic fluid ?

Anyone ever had low amniotic fluid before ? Mine is at 2.2 , and its suppose to be between that and 2.8. ... My dr said i go in thursday to check it again and if it went lower or still the same i will need to get induced that day :/ kinda freaking out . how can i help it ?

Yea i agree im hoping this one i go into labor and get to go through all that lol but they think hes going to come any second so i have to be on bedrest its terrible lol so im trying to keep him in haha...but i would just say take it easy and elevate your feet and drink tons of water and hopefully that will help

Thank you ! I was induced with my first aswell , i wanted to expirience this one without being induced but i guess whatever happens happens . its just scary :(

There isn't anything you can do. I have extra fluid and my doctor said there was nothing I can do to help lower it or anything they don't know why it is

Lay down feet elavated and double your water intake maybe? My fluid was low at 33 weeks so thats what i was instructed to do but im on bedrest and have been forever but they kept saying double my water intake i hope all is well but with my 1st i was induced and had a wonderful labor good luck
