Please advice me on this!!

I am 20, and a healthy female.
Last month, my period ended on the 26th of August, and in the last month I took 3 emergency contraceptive pills at an interval of about 4-5 days. My bf also used condoms but I'm a little paranoid so I insisted on taking the pills. And about 6 days ago, I experienced some light pinkish bleeding. I had read somewhere that this could be a sign of implantation bleeding!!!
The next day in the morning I had bleeding which was normal for a period, but then there was no bleeding at all during the whole day.
And since then, abut since 6 days, I've been experiencing some light bleeding, and I'm not sure whether to call it spotting. I also experienced cramps on the 3rd day and they hurt like never before, and today I have a fever.

I am so confused. Searching the net I found out that the morning after pill is not at all good for the body, and I had 3 of those!!
My symptoms are both synonymous with side effects of the pill as well as the early pregnancy signs :(
What should I do?

Too scared to take a pregnancy test, but I guess i'll take it.
Please advice.

It's quite common after taking EC for you to bleed/spot oddly. They contain a large amount of hormones in them, and it screws with your body. (hence why they shouldn't be used often) The point is to stop your body from ovulating and prevent a decent lining in the uterus for an egg to implant. You can call a local clinic in your area or speak to your doctor about the bleeding if it concerns you. It sounds as though it's your body adjusting to the large amounts of hormones you had in you, but no one on this board is a doctor and we can only offer you guesses and not sure answers.

Today is the 7th day of my period, and it usually lasts only for about 3 days.
Today there was "normal" amount of bleeding, as compared to the "spotting" since 6 days.

you should talk to your doctor and you should never take more medicine than prescribed it can hurt you badly sounds to me it's probably from all the pills you popped at one time but just to be sure you do need to take a test

It's unlikely you're pregnant. It's more than likely from the pills. You should never take that many in such a short span, nor habitually. They're only meant to be used if your actual BC fails. Try not to panic. It can mess your body and cycle up more. If it's been at least two weeks since you last had sex you can test with first morning urine. If it's not, wait till it has been and test. Since you seem worried, you could also consider proper birth control (such as the pill, patch, IUD, etc) in addition to condoms. Good luck.
