Aww I'm still small too:) I'm due October 21st-29 days to go! with a baby girl also :)
i still hav 3 weeks left to attend office... its really difficult to come to work now... my tummy is really small & people are very surprised to know im 7 months...
wen r u due? did u find out d sex?
im having a girl :)
I had back labour during the delivery of my daughter, and it felt like my back was being knotted, but it also felt like hot knives twisting as well. I had a few contractions where they should have been in my pelvis in the front and they were nothing to the pain in my back. Speak to your doctor about this to just be safe. I remember I had back pain during my pregnancy as well, but no actual contractions in my back till I was in labour. Any BH I had were centered low in the pelvis.
Yes if the pain becomes severe and consistent then seek medical attention. Honestly, I've gotten use to the pain that all I do is lay down. I've heard laying on your left side and drinking water helps though :)
thanks so much!
my next drs. appointment is on 5th october, i think i'l ask d dr. then... dat is if the pain isnt consistent right?
so wat do u do to alleviate the pain?
It's nothing to worry about. Braxton hicks are preparing you for labor. I also have horrible back labor which I've heard is worse then regular, but I've also heard it doesn't hurt as bad. So it really depends on the women and such. If you're worried call your local labor and delivery and ask them about it, better safe than sorry.
should i be scared, yet?
does back labor mean more pain during actual labor?
thanks
It's a term used to describe contractions that you feel in your back. It doesn't mean it's actual labor. However if you're feeling this consistently and they are getting closer together and stronger then you need to call your doctor or take a visit to the labor and delivery so they can check you for preterm labor.
Back labor; Braxton hicks :)
