Feeling sad and alone

I'm ftm and I'm 31w 3d and I Just feel like crying all the time and feeling alone today :(

We all cry during pregnancy for absolutely no reason. Don't feel bad is just what we do so many hormones taking through our bodies we can't help but be walking water falls sometimes

It's just the hormone imbalance totally and completely normal for all mom's to be sweeties. It'll pass before you know it. Until then watch something funny or interesting listen to music and dance go outside for a walk just relax.

21weeks 4 days and have been feeling the exact same way. He keeps asking me what's wrong &to talk to him but every time I open.mymouth I cry.
