I'M 15W1D AND COMING DOWN WITH THE BEGINNING OF A COLD. I'M FEELING IT IN MY THROAT NOW, IT'S KILLING ME. I SEE MY DR THURSDAY. BUT I WAS WONDERING IF YOU LADIES KNEW OF SOME SAFE MEDS I CAN TAKE FOR RELIEF.

I had a cold in early pregnancy before and I've started to come down with one now but what I do is take extra vitamin C and I also get vitamin c cough candies because there are many you cannot take. It's best just to go with a regular vit C kind. And I drank lots of warm water with honey and lemon in it. Surprisingly it all helps really quick. Also, gargle with salt water or even a mouthwash to keep the bacteria from growing in your throat. It'll help a ton!
