Ugh bed rest

Dr said to stay off my feet and keep them elevated? Idek how I. Supposed to do that when I can't lay on my back comfortably -.- any tips? At least I don't have preeclampsia but blood pressure is too high so this is dr. Solution sigh so ready for this baby to just get here. She's driving me nuts!

I am on partial bed rest. Where I can only have 4 hours of light activity a day like walking to the car or going shopping as long as I don't lift anything more than 10 lbs and I had to look up different sleeping/sitting positions.

I'm 25 weeks& have been on bed rest since 20weeks. Definitely look up different ways to position urself it will be hard. Wish you well!

Also u try layin on ur left side n wedge a pillow in between ur knees!!!! that should work n if possible put a pillow underneath your tommy  while elevating ur feet!!!! good luck!! get u some rest !! n i wish y a happy and healthy delivery

I youtubed sleeping positions and some of them looked wonderful!! Look it up:)
