Pain and hard lump left of belly button

The past few days I have been experiencing sharp pains a little under my belly button and more towards my left side. Last night, I was getting side cramps on my left side  a little under my ribs and it felt like I had just ran a 5K race and the side aches were unbearable. This afternoon I was laying down and noticed that to the left of my belly button there was a hard lump the size of a medium sized orange. At first I believed it was just gas or bloating because I was constipated but the past week I have been regular with my bowel movements. Is this normal?

I am only 7 weeks. So I don't think I would be feeling the baby at all right now. It's still a little sea monkey I would imagine.
