Massive WHOOPS! I cuddled a newborn Lamb

I didn't really know about the whole 'don't go near lambs' rule and I cuddled a new one who's mother had died!! Once I clicked, I washed, used a anti bacterial gel until I got home then showered and got rid of my clothes. How bad is this, and what else should I do?? Im 11 weeks 5 days :-(

You should be fine. If you get a fever or become ill then seek medical attention. There is no reason to worry unless you start to show signs of infection. I have heard about this one too. I'm around all kinds of animals and just have to make sure I wash my hands a lot and especially stay away from sick animals.

Its only during lambing season you aren't supposed to touch lambs. I wouldn't really worry about it though.

If you've had cats before being pregnant, that bacteria is already present. I still scooped cat poo when I was pregnant and my 7 wk old son is healthy.

I wouldn't worry about it too much. I'm sure everythign will be fine.

Yep! Definitely cat poo..  It carries listeria or somfin like that, and it causes blindness in unborn babies...

There are certain animals you shouldn't go near in pregnancy. I'm not sure of all of them but I know you should stay away from Cat poo because of possible parasites. Lambs can carry a certain bacteria which can make you miscarry.
