Thank you ladies for your help! Look forward to shopping!
Old navy is where I got my maternity jeans xD I love them I just recommend to get ones that are lose at your ankles it makes them easier to pull off the bigger you get lol they also have shirts
H&M has really cute maternity clothes the store is usually in the mall
Look online to see what stores might have for skirts. Most maternity stores have belly bands but I got mine from a friend. I did the ponytail trick for a while but I for too big that I have to use belly bands and soon I will have to just get more maternity pants.
I love shopping at thrift stores. I have found great items for all less than $10 a peice. I work at a law firm so i need dress pants and skirts etc. I am not willing to pay $50 for a pair of pants i will only wear for a few months essentially! I also dont like wearing my office wear at night or on the weekend so i needed jeans etc for after hours wear. I like dresses and skirts when pregnant. Especially in the summer when it is so hot.
I agree on not going to motherhood maternity. Spent 160 on a bra, a pair of pants and 4 shirts. Everything except 2 shirts, and the bra have holes in them.
Target has been my friend for jeans. I live my maternity jeans and cargos. Target had good prices. Since these clothes are pretty much temporary..
They have a couple at the moment, there is a dark blue one and a grey one. All their clothes are extremely comfortable and very breathable. I bought both they're cuter on than in the pictures. They're on sale for $10 and once you get to the site they have a discount code for %30 off your purchase as well. May have to read the terms on that, it's just what I saw at a glance.
Does gap have a good selection for bottoms? I really want some skirts.
I'll also mention most of their clearance is %75 off and doing gap cash $20 back for ever $50 spent I believe. Not sure when it is ending but, worth a look!! Good luck to you (:
Belly bands are ok but I just use a rubber band on my tighter pants (: you can buy them an any maternity store
I always suggest gap for maternity clothes. I shop the clearance rack and literally got 15 different tops for $40 I was getting some for $2:P I have a whole new wardrobe of maternity clothes, kept an eye out for sales after my first because I knew at some point we would have a second, and I probably spent $100. I don't like the pea in the pod or motherhood maternity because their clothes are cheaply made and got holes after a couple wears, way too expensive for that quality.
Where do you get belly bands at?
I don't usually shop at old navy but I bought some maternity clothes there and they fit more comfortably than anywhere I got maternity clothes and they're super cute. I got 2 belly bands so I can wear jeans without having to button them up (they cover up the button and zipper so you can wear your old jeans/dress pants when you start getting bigger) and I would suggest getting a pair of maternity pants to see how you like them and a few shirts and tank tops to go underneath
OK. Awesome. Thank you ladies.
I have gotten all of my maternity clothes at Kohls and Target! Kohls doesnt have the biggest selection but all of their jeans and tops are cute :) Marshalls and Ross also carry maternity clothes if you're on a budget, I get a lot of shirts there.
Up until I was probably 18 weeks I had to start sizing up in my regular clothes. I wore a jersey dress and that was comfy and very pretty. I had to have all the clothes because I work. I sized up in regular clothes but wore loose clothes, nothing fitted. I wore high waist skirts but they were stretchy, wore cardigans with them. At 20 weeks I had to start wearing maternity leggings sadly. Basically all I wore cause it was winter time. Bought a few maternity blouses. I'm 37 weeks now and my maternity blouses are my go to clothing because at this point I need something comfortable! I went to Burlington for maternity clothes and old navy. Good luck with your shopping! Hope you have a better time than I did!
