Medicaid for pregnancy women

I live in Texas & just qualified for Medicaid for Pregnant Women since I have a deductable with my insurance & it won't cover my appts. I was just wondering if it covers dentist visits & vision & stuff or do I have to have full medicaid for that? Anybody know?

If it is pregnancy medicaid I believe itncovers anything and everything pertaining to pregnancy only. Here in arkansas you have to apply for peegnancy medicaid for your pregnancy. Any thing else you want coveres, you musy separately apply for, through medicaid.

I would call the number on the back of your card they will be able to tell you and also give you the name of doctors in your area that at covered by your insurance. But you can only go to the dentist before a certain amount of weeks

In KY it covers the basics at the dentist & also for vision. Checkups, cleanings, filings, tooth removal.  And for vision you can get glasses if needed. Check your state, but if it's Medicaid it should.
