Go to ur department of social services and sign up. In my state it takes about 30 days for them to process ur case. Have proof of income and pregnancy and take ur bills and rent stubs with u.
I had a phone interview and had to turn in proof of income and pregnancy. Pretty simple took about two weeks.
Go to a health dept. The phone and internet suck but eventually will be necessary to pick ur mmo plan.
Everything above is true (good job ladies) not a real interview u probably be waiting longer for the app. To start and they might even hook u up w. Wic that same day. Id (bring them all to b safe birth cert. Social, passport), income verification, proof of address and proof of pregnancy from a doctor. I think thats it.
Also if you work they want to see how much you make a week.
What number do you call cause I don't have a computer and I can't find a number??
I have Medicaid too. How long after you give birth do you keep it or does anyone know if the rates go up or what
And my daughter is also on it she's fully covered medical and dental so if you have other kids they can go on it too it really does help a lot
I have Medicaid, all I had to do was call and send all my info in. Didn't have to be interviewed
I have Medicaid and no interview just proof of pregnancy of course I.d and social and you full out the application and it takes about a week to get approved or denied
