Medications for thin uterine lining?

I was told by my obgyn that I'm not getting preg because I have a thin uterine lining. Is there anything that can be given to treat this? Can my obgyn perscribe me something or will I need a reproductive specialist?

I had a friend who was on clomid and estrogen (clomid helped her get pregnant, but thinned her lining, so the estrogen helped counter that), then she went on progesterone as soon as she got a bfp.

"During the reproductive years, the pituitary gland in the brain generates hormones that cause a new egg to be released from its follicle each month. As the follicle develops, it produces estrogen, which causes the lining of the uterus to thicken.
Progesterone production increases after ovulation in the middle of a woman's cycle to prepare the lining to receive and nourish a fertilized egg so it can develop into a fetus. If fertilization does not occur, estrogen and progesterone levels drop sharply, the lining of the uterus breaks down and menstruation occurs."

You might wish to check out this site,has interesting info about uterine lining.i was using fertilitea  this is good for improving your uterus and many other thing.
