so im a ftm , im 37weeks -&& im not dialated or my cervix hasnt opened at all :( wat can i do to help with it , i really dont want to go past my due date any advice ! plz someone !

best way to get iy going is sex lots of sex and walking thats what has worked for me in the past and even now thats why i cant do anything im only 33 weeks :(

Try walking nd i mean lots of it walking helped dialate me with my first pregnancy and with this one

My doctor started to stretch my cervix at 38w. She did it to a 3 in 2 visits

You can ask yor doctor if they'll let you take evening primrose oil :) as long as they say it's okay then you can buy it anywhere and take it orally and vaginally at night and that should help. My doctor won't let me take it but there are plenty of doctors who recommend taking it
