Menstrual like cramps.
Just slightly stronger. Been having them all day. No belly tightness though. It's throwing me off.
For a couple weeks before I delivered I had bad menstural like cramps. I'm pretty sure it's practice contractions because early contractions when I was in labor for me felt similar. My doctor said it was normal. It got pretty intense one night and consistent for a few days. I thought it was gonna go somewhere but it didn't lol. I took Tylenol and waited it out.
How far along are you? I had it now and then for a while throughout the pregnancy and it got kinda scary cuz I'm paranoid lol but everything was fine.
