Pregnant or not?

My husband and I have been trying to concieve our second child since Dec.  My periods have been regular every 27 days since Feb.  My LMP was April 30 and I haven't had a period since then.  The week my period was due I was very tired, having urinary frequency and breast tenderness.  All of which are not normal for me before I get my period. I've had 3 neg. hpt and a neg. blood test. Is it possible to have all those neg. tests and still be pregnant?

My doctor hasn't said anything about what to do if my period doesn't come by a certan time.  I  tested the day my period was due and then a week after that, which was around the time my doctor did the blood test.  I took my last test this afternoon and it was negative also.  I'm just really confused because I've never missed a period unless I was pregnant.

It could be.  Maybe for some reason you ovulated later than what you thought this month.  Does your doctor want to follow up with you if you don't get your period by a certain time?  When did you take your last test?  If it's been a few days take another one but make sure to use your first morning urine.  I would def. call your MD again if you don't get you are more than 2 weeks late (that's providing you don't already have a follow-up with them).  Good luck and I hope you get that BFP soon!!!!!!!!
