Should I be worried?

So I went for my first appointment today and she did an ultrasound and she didn't see anything so she had me do blood work to see what my hcg level is abd she said she probably couldn't see anything because it is too early in the pregnancy. The first positive test I got was very faint, then a negative then 2 positives. I just hope I didn't have a miscarriage. My mom had 2 miscarriages. I haven't been bleeding or anything just sometimes when I wipe there is a pinkish color on the tp.

Thank you! I'm sure there is a baby just too early to see! She'll let me know when to come back when she calls.

My period has been irregular after I had my daughter so I'm sure it's just really early in the pregnancy that she couldn't see anything on the ultrasound, it just worries me

She did blood work to see how high the hcg levels are. She said it can take up to 24 hours. So I should get a call back tomorrow
