Did u drink water? Sometimes u crap cuz ur dehidrated that's what happend to me.
Indulge in a treat and maybe a nice bath to help your body relax after your lo goes to bed, it's hard to know how much is too much when every day is so different (ie some days you have more energy) just remember on busier days to sit and rest, it is so hard to get in that habit later on, but you'll feel it more later. Take it easy Mama :)
Thanks been trying to get little one in bed to do that. I think i did over do it today just wasnt real for sure. Was kinda worries. Theyve been the real dull ones for about an hour n a half. Im definstwly going to sit and lay down rest of night!
I would definitely sit back and keep your feet up. If the cramps get any worse go to the er.
