what is Epo? please comment
I kno its something to get kabor started, but can someone provide some more information about. Like, how it helps? How you take it, & what's the side effects???

Not necessarily dilate you won't start dilating just cause you take it you have to efface in order to dilate like the above person mentioned...it just thins you out
It helps make you cervix effaced. So it makes it easier for your body to dilate. Your body won't dilate very fast if your cervix isn't 100% effaced.
It doesn't help get labor started, it just helps to soften And ripen your cervix as a prostaglandin just like sperm would.
