Milk and oh
does the milk and oj really work? And do you just mix them together or take the one at a time? I'm 39 going on 40 weeks and haven't dilated at all. Just in pain. So I wanna try this. But I wanna know if it works. So if you ladies that have tried it can let me know please!
The reason it's supposed to work is giving you such an upset stomach that you cramp to try and simulate labour cramps, so you might just get diarrhea!
Agreed^ I tried it and was practically puking from a tummy ache and heartburn. It tastes good though(:
I thought it did but o tryed it the other night at38 weeks and all.it did was make my ststomach upset
