Milk supply when stressed?

Does stress make your milk supply decrease? I have been under lots of stress and the past few days I'm barely getting 2 ounces out when I pump vs. the 5-8 ounces I usually get. Does stress have anything to do with this?? I don't want to have to give little man formula... Please help:(

Thank you! I pump and during the day and breast feed at night, but definitely can pump more often if it will help. Thank you so much for your reply. I'm so worried my son isn't gettin enough whenever I'm just breastfeeding. Thank you!

yep stress can decrease the amount of milk your body makes, try increasing your fluid intake and also pump more to get your supply back, if your just pumping, its also quite hard to keep supply up so you may find that you have to increase the number of times your pumping anyway :)
