IThis is my first pregnancy and I have no idea what I'm doing!! My biggest fear is that my baby will not develop right because I'm lactose intolerant. I can maybe drink one cup of milk a day. What else can I take as a replacement for milk??

That is what I was thinking. I also know my doc will put me back on protien shales because my waist is like 32 inches. I'm tall and skinny as a twig.

The most important things to habe in your prenatals are dha and folic acid :) with those two youre covered. Just check the nutritional information on the back :)

Your prenatals :) also milk is not as important during pregnancy as you might think, my dr even says only 1 cup a day is plenty and the milk you do drink is for you not baby :) if they NEED to they can even take the calcium from your teeth so they arent missing out on as much as you think :)

You don't have to drink milk, I didn't with my first son and I am not this time around either and it doesn't affect me. Just take your prenatal vitamins.

I hate milk so I never drink it but your prenatal vitamins should have everything you need to keep you and baby heathly
