Miralax?
So ive been costipated for the last 3 weeks. My doctor told me i could take a stool sofner. Just wondering if anyones used miralax while pregnant
I had the same problem. My doc also prescribed miralax. Im already swamped with other meds, so I decided to go natural to reduce the constipation. Try eating brown (wheat) instead of white and lots of green veggies (greens, spinach). It has done wonders for me.
