Miscarriage # 4?

How common is miscarriage at 11 weeks? I havehad 3 miscarriages since Nov 2011. #1 heart stopped beating around 8 weeks, #2 fetus stopped growing around 5-6 weeks, #3 hcg levels would not rise after 4weeks. I am now 11 weeks and have had 2 ultrasounds where the heart beat is strong and the baby is developing fine. I was "celebrating" valentines day and in the middle of the act noticed the bed was full of blood, I went to ER and was bleeding very bad (soaking thru pads in under 5 min) and clotting (about the size of strawberries). They did an ultrasound and said everything looked fine and could not find where the bleeding came from. Once the bleeding slowed they sent me home. I went to my Dr 3 days later and the ultra sound showed everything fine as well...they said it was from intercourse and the uterus. I am still very scared and having cramping in the area of my pubic bones and ovaries.... I know alot of this is probably anxiety but how common is miscarriage at 11 weeks?

Best wishes. I miscarried at 11 weeks and am now at 9 weeks currently. I see a high risk dr. It relieves so anxiety when you get seen every week.

Misscarriage in the first trimester is very common and you're almost thru that so just try to remain stress free & if at all possible refrain from having sex. once u hit the second trimester speak to your doctor there are things they can do to assist with keeping you pregnant for the duration.  ie. hormones or a cerclage. good luck at twelve weeks they consider the pregnancy viable so ask ask away

By the sounds of it you are ok. if ultrasound showed baby with a strong hb then I would say ur peanut is ok.  Dont stress yourself out bc that just stresses baby out too and thats not good.  I would just watch with having sex tho....I would assume ur doctor told you that.

i am almost 33 weeks pregnant and still get pains in my ovaries...not sure why that is tho...
