Miscarriage

I have had 2 mc this year and am preg for third time. The dr has me taking a baby aspirin due to a clotting factor. Does anyone else have to or had to take a baby aspirin during pregnancy and did it help to keep the baby? I am 5 weejs 2 days.

Ya I'm still taking progesterone  capsules twice a day n at the beginning of my pregnancy i was also given HCG injections once a week. I took about 12 injections.

I had a chemical pregnancy in July  this year. My last LMP was 19th September . My doctor gave me this aspirin delayed release tabs n I'm still taking them even though I'm 14+5 n everything is fine . Before she gave me 75mg n now it's 150mg. U have to take it once a day .

She has me on progesterone also. Yes I have mthfr gene which puts you at a higher risk of clotting and causes recurrent mcs. She tested me for it aftee my second mc.

1 had 2 miscarriages in a row 2 years ago and when pregnant with my 1yo my doctor also had me taking a baby aspirin once a day and also progesterone suppositories. I had a subchorionic hematoma with her and that was. suppose to keep me from losing her (I almost did.) Needless to say, it worked and my baby came out very healthy.

No, but I did miscarry a few weeks ago... Just wanted to know why he gave you baby aspirin? Just in case I need to ask the same to my doctir... Many thanks and best of luck !

Do u have a clotting disorder? I have had two mcs as well and am 13+1 now. I take a heparin like injection everyday because I have a clotting disorder. I don't know about taking baby aspirin but if the Dr wants you to I would think its safe. Just try to stay calm and rest up. Good luck!
