Miscarriage?

I'm about 7 weeks pregnant and throughout my whole pregnancy, I've had morning sickness and tender breast. But last night i was having some back pain and and VERY strong cramp. This morning i woke up with no morning sickness and my breast don't hurt as much. As well i am having mild cramps now. I'm extremely worried i might have had a miscarriage but i have had no bleeding or spotting. Please help!

Im 8 weeks. I also have mild cramps in through out the day. My doctor told me that as long as there is no bleeding it was absolutely normal. Morning sickness comes and goes as it pleases. Dont worry to much. If anything they will do an ultra sound to make sure everything is okay. Im sure it is! Good Luck!!!

I hope it's nothing, but a complete loss of symptoms can indicate a miscarriage. I'm glad that you're getting it checked, rather than ignoring it or stressing too badly about it.
Again, I hope it's nothing. <3

I miscarried at 7 weeks in Feb. They say the cramping is normal. When I miscarried I bled really badly. So being that you aren't bleeding it might be nothing. However I would still call a doctor. I had bad morning sickness and breast tenderness. Its comes and goes. Just call your doctor and tell them everything that's going on plus they can help more than anyone on here.
