if you can keep your prenatal vitamin down, thats a good thing... and drink lots of water to keep hydrated... your not hurting your baby, this is quite common and i know it *****! i took diclectin and i took as low of a dose as possible just to be able to function... i remember taking half a day to eat a PB and jelly sandwich... and just thinking about cooking food would make me sick... some of my firends would take up to 8 pills a day(im not even sure what the max dose would be) and i think i took 2-3 a day... it did help tho... i remember i was so hungry the one day after a Drs appointment and my hubby wanted McDonalds and i actually ate a burger!! that was the day that i knew the morning sickness was going away lol
when i was little i used those accupunture wrist bands called sea bands and they helped with car sickness a lot! so i think my next pregnancy if needed i will try those first...
also my friend could only face the day if she ate crackers before getting out of bed... i dont think i could have but it really helped for her
and another friend literally lived off of poweraide sports drink cause her morning sickness didnt go away the whole time and she had a 8 lb something baby!
but do talk to your Dr about options... it is brutal not to be able to function PS i lost over 20 lbs in the first trimester... but i am overweight so it wasnt missed or concerning ;) good luck!!
