Im currently 36 weeks, and am dilated to 5cm and lost my mucous plug today i keep having false labor contractions. I was just wondering how long ot took you guys to go into labor after being dilated & losing your plug?

5cm.? They should've induced you already cz over here where 4 cm they induced right away. If your contraction are starting to get close 2 to 3 mins apart I would go to l&d

For me it was 3 days after losing my plug but i was in my 39th week with my first

At 32 weeks, I was a fingertip  dialated.  At 36&37 weeks i was 1 cm. At 38+3, i started feeling  intense cramps so i went to the hospital. I was 4cm. They wouldn't admit me unless I progressed,  so i walked the hospital  halls for 1 hour. I was checked again and I was  6 cm so i had my daughter  a few hours later.

Oh and I lost my plug the day I went to the  hospital,  so 38+3

I would have thought the same of being induced but im not having "regular" contractions id say, they just keep sending me home.

I was 36 weeks & went to the doc & I was 5cm dilated & they told me to go to the hospital & 6 hrs later I had my daughter.
